I am please to report that as of this morning Arizona's prop 203 is up by more than 4,000 votes. The trend in the counting over the past few days is that the iniative has led by 3,000 votes after each day of counting. There are only 10,000 votes left to count. I can't remember the last time a ballot measure came back from the dead like this. Divine intervention perhaps.
