Quantum Jump is a "self-improvement" product developed by someone calling himself "the American Monk."  The encouragement to communicate with your subconscious mind must be based on the fact that only someone who was thinking on a subconscious level would actually buy this product:

It is the most beautifully designed, artfully packaged, well written pile of 100% pure horse crap I have ever seen. I wonder if Albert Einstein's estate is aware his image is being used to promote this garbage. I found it through a Google Ads link on Space.com.
