Should Congressman Peter King be Assassinated? Of course not! But he better hope the U.S. President agrees with me.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Congressman Peter King appeared on CNN this afternoon and applauded the killings of Two United States Citizens with ties to Al Quadai.   He justified the assassination of the U.S. Citizens by noting that President Obama gave the matter a lot of thought.

In the past, Congressman King has supported the activities of the IRA, a terrorist organization that has murdered hundreds of innocent people in Great Britain  What he and other assassination hawks don't realize is that once you justify extrajudicial assassinations of U.S. Citizens under one set of circumstances another administration can justify it under a completely different set of circumstances. One Administration's freedom fighters are another Administration's terrorists.  For example, a U.S. businessman who travels overseas to deliver funds to the IRA for use in attacks against a U.S.  ally, such as Great Britain.

Not even during the dark days of the cold war - when the threat of mutually assured nuclear destruction raised the crime of treason to dystopic proportions - did a President of the United States suggest he had the legal authority to order the extra judicial assassination of U.S. Citizens.

The editorial staff of the Tea Party Review also might want to think twice if they plan any overseas vacations. Didn't Vice President Biden call them terrorists?

Obama's Nobel Peace Prize must by now be turning green on the mantle place in the Oval Office.
